QUESTION: "Sometimes the five-fold define people wrongly. Why is this?"

Pastor's response...

ANSWER: "The reason why some of the five fold make mistakes in defining people is because of 2 Timothy 2:15 An untaught or Inexperienced five fold minister is likely to mis- inform his mentees, -There are stages of growth -There are diversities of gifts, callings and purposes that intermix -There is also a plurality of engagement that must define the believer ( e.g in scriptural terms, the five fold ministers must all be involved in the building, defining and equipping of the individual Saint, where it is only one, there would be a problem... -The affirmation must be a combination of an internal witness and the external input of the fivefold ministry in discipleship, modelling, mentoring and instruction If a five fold minister doesn't realise how these work he will mis-define the believer "
